Early Years Educator

We have exciting opportunities for full, part-time and zero hours Early Years Educators to join our settings in Cheltenham.

As an Early Years Educator, you will be responsible for supporting and inspiring children, helping them to explore, discover, and build a love for learning. You will work closely with children, parents, and a team of educators to create a positive and supportive learning environment. 

What you will be doing: 

• Support the delivery of a broad, balanced, and inclusive early years curriculum.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and fun environment for children to learn and play.
• Encourage children’s physical, social and emotional, and cognitive development.
• Observe and assess children’s progress and contribute to their development plans.
• Build strong relationships with parents and carers, providing regular updates on their child’s development.
• Promote positive behaviour and ensure the well-being of each child at all times.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development opportunities.

Salary

Salary/Grade:   

Full time 37 hours/week - Actual salary £21,956.00 to £22,304.00 pa  (Grade 3 SP 5-6)

Part-time 22.5 hours/week - Actual salary £13,352.00 pa

Zero hours rate: £13.26 - £13.47/hour

 (FTE £25,583.00 to £25,989.00)
