Aspire Foundation is a dynamic and impactful charity dedicated to delivering early years services and community and family support programs that empower communities and give children the best start in life.
We're seeking Directors/ Trustees to join our Board and help guide our mission. We are particularly interested in hearing from you if you have a finance specialism, but welcome interest from anyone wishing to actively oversee the strategic direction and management of Aspire Foundation, from operational, strategic and governance perspectives.

We have over 20 years’ experience of delivering successful, high-quality early intervention services and educational programmes to families with young children. These include family support services, children’s centres and early year’s settings. As a Director/ Trustee you will contribute to the effective workings of the Board liaising with the Executive Head and Senior Management Team to provide direction and accountability.

As we are a small charity the role will include being involved in the recruitment processes for senior roles within the Foundation.  The Board of Directors meets regularly during the late afternoon, typically the number of meetings will be 6 per year.

We are looking for people willing to bring energy, enthusiasm and commitment to the role, and who will broaden the diversity of thinking on our board.
